All jewelry sold by Makriadis Jewelry and Diamond Lab is made to order in our Athens workshop. Each piece is crafted with precision and care by experienced artisans.

7. How long have you been in business?
Makriadis Jewelry was founded in 1973. Our online journey began in 2012, and Diamond Lab was launched in 2023 to serve a new generation of custom jewelry lovers.
Can I view jewelry before I order?
Yes! You can visit us in person at our stores in Athens. Contact us to check availability before visiting, as many pieces are made to order.
Do you offer bespoke design services?
Absolutely. You can send us your idea or inspiration, and our design team will assist you in creating a unique piece. We provide stone options, a quote, and an estimated delivery time.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
Yes. All our gold jewelry bears the Greek state hallmark for metal purity and our official workshop code (Ωι.27).
Can I engrave my ring?
Yes. We offer complimentary engraving. However, engraved rings are non-returnable, and resizing may require re-engraving.
Are diamonds laser-inscribed?
All certified diamonds (GIA, IGI, etc.) are inscribed with their certificate number on the girdle for identification.
Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We offer a wide collection of lab-grown diamonds that match natural ones in beauty and structure.
Are lab-grown diamonds real?
Yes. They have the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as natural diamonds.
Will the side diamonds be natural or lab-grown?
They are matched to the center stone—if your center is lab-grown, the sides will be too, and vice versa.
Can I see extra photos or videos of a ring?
Yes. Simply send us a message and we’ll be happy to assist.
Are the diamonds listed on your website available?
Yes. Everything listed is available unless otherwise noted.
Do 18K white gold rings turn yellow?
Over time, the rhodium plating on 18K white gold may wear off, revealing a slightly yellow undertone. This can be easily restored.
Are all white gold rings rhodium-plated?
Yes, unless otherwise requested.
What are conflict-free diamonds?
These are diamonds that are ethically mined and traded without financing conflict or violating human rights.
How do I find my ring size?
We offer a Ring Size Guide on our website. You can also request a physical sizer or consult our team.
What payment methods do you accept?

All prices include 24% VAT for EU customers. Non-EU customers may be subject to import duties.

Returns are accepted only for unworn necklaces and bracelets in original condition. Custom rings are not returnable.

We offer a free first resizing. Some rings may need to be remade instead of resized.
