At Makriadis Jewelry, our legacy of craftsmanship goes hand in hand with trust and quality. We offer a lifetime warranty on all our ring creations, guaranteeing coverage for any manufacturing defects that may occur over time.
If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your jewelry, simply return it to us for evaluation by our experienced goldsmith team. If the issue is confirmed to be a production fault, we will proceed with a repair or offer a replacement. In cases where the exact model is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or provide a refund equivalent to the item’s original retail value.
Please note: our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by daily wear or accidental misuse. For warranty coverage of bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, see the dedicated section below.
Annual Ring Maintenance
To help you preserve your ring’s brilliance and durability, we recommend an annual inspection and professional cleaning. Regular check-ups can prevent issues like stone loosening or wear in the setting.
We offer lifetime cleaning and inspection services for all our rings. Simply send the ring back to us, and we’ll thoroughly clean and polish it, while checking that everything remains secure. Charges may apply depending on the case.
Customers are kindly requested to cover shipping costs to our workshop; we’ll cover the return shipping. Any necessary repairs can be quoted upon inspection.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
The lifetime warranty and included care services apply only to the original purchaser.
Repairs, alterations, resizing or maintenance performed by anyone other than Makriadis Jewelry will void the warranty.
Issues not covered include:
– Normal wear such as scratches, scuffs, or denting
– Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, water (pool, sea, spa)
– Damage from physical activities (gardening, sports, lifting, etc.)
– Stone loss due to chips or accidental impact
– Worn prongs or structural wear that hasn’t been maintained
We recommend following the care tips included in your package to prolong your jewelry’s life.
Bracelets, Necklaces, And Earrings Warranty
At Makriadis Jewelry, we also stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. We offer a lifetime warranty on these products, covering manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection by our expert production team.
If we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or, if necessary, replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may, at our discretion, replace it with a similar item or offer a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you immediately and inform you if repair services are available at an additional cost.
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship are unique and individual to each item. Natural characteristics or internal inclusions in diamonds and gemstones (visible or non-visible) are also unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the character of the item and should not be considered defects.
Examples of common jewelry issues not covered by our warranty for bracelets, necklaces, and earrings include:
- Breakage due to catching on clothing, blankets, or other objects
- Dents, nicks, and scratches due to normal wear
- Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing
- Tangles or knots due to improper storage, causing breakage
- Loss of earring backings or whole earrings
- Damage from hands-on activities or contact with hard surfaces
