Returns & Exchanges

At Makriadis Jewelry, each piece is made with care and crafted to order. As part of our commitment to sustainable production and responsible craftsmanship, we do not keep excess inventory—meaning that returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis with respect to the nature of the item.

Returns

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or adjustments.
– It must be returned in its original packaging, along with any certificates (e.g. GIA, IGI) and purchase receipt.

Important exclusions:
– Rings that are custom-made to your size and cannot be returned.
– Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
– Custom or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To request a return, please email us at info@makriadis.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

How to Return Your Item

Returns can be made:
– In person, by scheduling an appointment at one of our showrooms.
– Via courier, using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Before returning:

  • 1. Contact us at info@makriadis.com or call us at +30 210 3220569 or +30 211 1839062 to receive approval and return instructions.
  • 2. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and documentation.
  • 3. Clearly label the package:

    11 Perikleous Street, Athens, 10563, Greece

We recommend using ACS courier (within Greece) or a reliable international carrier for returns from abroad.

Makriadis Jewelry reserves the right to reject a return if any of the above steps are not followed, or if the item shows signs of wear or unauthorized alteration.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After that, production begins and a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Orders that are already shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, the return process must be followed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Shipping Fees for Returns

Although we offer free shipping on purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In case of a refund, the original shipping and handling cost (€30) will be deducted from the total.

Final Sale Items

Please note that gift cards, current years lucky charms, customized jewelry, and engraved pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
