At Makriadis Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, promptly, and with the level of care and elegance it deserves. We’ve partnered with top-tier carriers to ensure a reliable and smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time

All jewelry is made to order. For custom-made pieces—such as engagement rings created through our Ring Builder—please allow 3 to 6 weeks for production and quality checks.

Jewelry that is temporarily out of stock requires approximately 2 weeks to be crafted.

For items that are available in stock, we typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.

We believe that exceptional craftsmanship takes time, and we assure you the result will be worth the wait. You are welcome to contact us via email during this period for order updates.

Shipping Methods

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, except to countries currently under embargo or experiencing conflict (e.g., Cuba, North Korea, Afghanistan, Syria, etc.). Depending on the destination, we use FedEx or trusted local couriers within Greece such as ACS Courrier. All shipments are fully insured for peace of mind.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no mention of the contents, ideal for surprise gifts or proposals. Inside, your jewelry is carefully presented to create a memorable unboxing experience.

Urgent Orders

If you’re in a hurry, we may be able to expedite your order depending on design complexity and availability. Classic solitaire designs can be rushed for €100 and diamond-set pieces (e.g., halos, vintage, trilogy) for €150. Please contact us directly for expedited options. VAT & Import Duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties. For non-EU destinations, any local customs charges or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.

Showroom Pick-Up

You may collect your order from one of our Athens showrooms. Please notify us in advance, and we will prepare your item accordingly. The buyer must be the one to collect the order and must provide valid identification. Note: PayPal payments are excluded from showroom pickup.
